Piezas Estándares
Las piezas estándares de HDPE fabricadas por Morpet S.A, como Stub Ends, Derivaciones TEE, YEE, Codos en 90°, 60°, 45°, 30°, son componentes esenciales en los sistemas de transporte de fluidos de HDPE. Estas uniones se utilizan para conectar y dirigir el flujo de los fluidos en diversas aplicaciones industriales. Los fittings estándares de HDPE están diseñados y fabricados para cumplir con diferentes clasificaciones como el tipo de soldadura mediante el cual serán unidos (termofusión, electrofusión, uniones compresión) o la presión del sistema, como la presión nominal (PN): PN6, PN10, PN16, PN20, PN25, y otros estándares específicos según las necesidades del proyecto.
Stub End
Un Stub End o porta brida, es una pieza que permite la unión de líneas, la cual se instala en el “fin del tramo” de cada segmento de tuberías. Es una pieza utilizada en sistemas de tuberías de HDPE para realizar una conexión mecánica segura y versátil. Nuestros Stub Ends de HDPE son fabricados bajo dos procesos diferentes el primero mediante un proceso de moldeado por transferencia, y el segundo método es la mecanización de piezas. Ambos procesos son efectivos según el uso al cual serán sometidos. Están disponibles en una amplia gama de tamaños, desde 63 mm hasta 1600 mm, para adaptarse a diversas aplicaciones y requisitos de proyecto.

Su diseño optimizado garantiza un flujo fluido y eficiente, fabricados a partir de modelamiento plástico conformando una pieza sólida sin uniones o una pieza fabricada a partir de uniones mitradas. Las reducciones de HDPE son piezas fundamentales en los sistemas de transporte de fluidos, diseñadas para facilitar la transición de una tubería de mayor diámetro a una de menor diámetro de manera eficiente y segura. Las reducciones concéntricas mantienen un flujo continuo y uniforme al mantener el eje central de las tuberías alineado, ideal para aplicaciones donde se requiere una transición suave y sin cambios bruscos en el flujo del fluido.
